K2 was expanding and opening a regional office in Denver. We had a specific need for a central location, open and configurable space, showers and a vibe that promoted a spirit of creativity. Jeff identified several properties that could work and we narrowed the selection to our top 3 to start negotiations. When the negotiations regarding the lease fell apart for our first choice we decided to look at the market again. This time we found even a better space to fit our company.
