Over the years we had grown into adjacent space, although not very efficiently. Less than 3 months before our lease was about to expire we talked to Jeff about our options. He learned about our goals and quickly identified a handful of office spaces for us to tour. One of the options had always been to rework the space we were in. We sent proposals out for two properties plus our current space and started negotiations. In the end, Jeff was able to negotiate a substantially lower lease rate with our existing landlord which included all the improvements we wanted for our space. We estimate that we will save at least $100,000 over the next 5 years. We will be happy to use Jeff again and are very comfortable recommending him to anyone else.
