We quickly hit it off. Rocky Talkie was using a Third Party Logistics company to fulfill their orders, but with big growth, it was time to bring that in house and officially relocate to Denver. The owners are big rock climbers and wanted to be in a location that supported their passion as well as their business.
Because of the storing of batteries, they needed a 100% conditioned space. Usually warehouses are only heated, but we needed cooling as well. In addition to loading door requirements and office layout, we researched the options that made sense to tour. As part of our process, we submitted proposals on multiple locations to increase the leverage and get Rocky Talkie the best deal, inclusive of additional tenant improvements in the office portion of the space.
