Weโre excited to congratulate our client, Linkan Engineering, on their new 9,624 SF flex building atย ๐ฑ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐น๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป, ๐๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ผ.
This deal was anything but straightforward. While under contract, the building had every bit of copper stripped, creating unexpected electrical and plumbing challenges, not to mention a few environmental hurdles along the way.
Through it all, both sides showed incredible patience and persistence, working together to see it through to a successful closing. A big congratulations to Linkan Engineeringย on their new Colorado location, and kudos to Sam A. and Tanner Mason for representing the buyer and guiding this one across the finish line.
